Dave can assemble a custom educational program for your company, of whatever duration desired, covering the areas you need, ranging from basic concepts and procedures to general and generic manufacturing and supply chain concepts and ideas.
Specializing in plant management – inventory control, manufacturing management, planning and scheduling, production workflow and dispatching, work center analysis (input/output, efficiency, utilization), as well as Lean, and cost accounting.
Dave is available to present, in-person or online, in conjunction with a consulting engagement or as a stand-alone activity. All classes and seminars can be focused on specific situations at your plant or office using a combination of generic materials and specific examples and details from your environment. Duration is tailored to the need and your budget. Any class can be delivered in full-day or part-day increments – days, evenings, early mornings or during late shifts. Class sessions can be repeated to educate all shifts or to accommodate employee rotation so work can continue (e.g., class for half of the crew in the morning and the same class for the other half of the crew in the afternoon).
